Development of a Customized CSR Software for Cipla Foundation

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Cipla Foundation works with NGOs, communities and institutes to serve the under privileged sections of the society and provide easier access to education, health and skill development. Cipla Foundation had the requirement of a unique software solution to analyze all their CSR work. CyberSWIFT has developed an end to end management tool with user friendly interface, dashboard and customized modules.

Work Procedure

  • All the locations where Cipla performs CSR activities can be visualized on map
  • Detailed Project Monitoring with macro to micro level details relating to fund, budget, expenditure, payment disbursements, timeline, implementing agency, milestone wise tracking etc. for each project and proposal
  • The Android and iOS mobile applications can be used for onsite data capture and event recording with the help of geotagged photos /videos and dynami forms. Features of push notifications and proposal acceptance /rejection are also present in mobile app.
  • The NGO module helps in performing due diligence and daily monitoring of implementing partners’ activities

  • Several types of reports can be generated using dynamic query filter
  • All activities are shown in tree structure with each project tagged to its respective activity
  • Modules for Document Management and Event Gallery acts as central repository of all documents and event photos linked to their respective projects
  • The system provides options of multiple customized views of the detailed dashboard according to user’s role and access

Final Deliverable

CyberSWIFT worked in coordination with the Cipla Foundation CSR team and collected information to prepare and deliver a system that acts as a one stop solution for all things CSR. An interactive dashboard and other features like proposal acceptance, rejection, geo-localized images and reporting enables the Cipla Foundation to manage their CSR activities easily.
