Our client provides comprehensive data for on & off-street parking in urban areas worldwide. They sell the data through a variety of channels & applications, including mobile apps for consumers, on a pay-per-click basis via mapping companies, licensed through GPS companies, and on a subscription basis for fleet management companies.
The client wanted to develop an application that would provide the users details like parking filters, searching for parking lots using GPS services, and get the location and address details of the parking lots.
Keeping the project scope in mind, our development team decided to prepare the entire application using Google Maps API, JQuery, Javascript, and .php. To ensure that the application provided a comprehensive data for on & off-street parking in urban areas worldwide; delivered superior detail, accuracy, and interactivity to help vehicle drivers find parking space we provided the following features. We also designed and developed the application for websites users, as well as mobiles phones and Ipad users.
The application provides a complete street view of the desired address and location.
The application can figure out the lat-long of any particular point from a given address.
The application provides a complete detail of the route map from one point to another which is extremely useful for any driver. Figure 2 shows a visual representation of the same.
The application prompts or suggests address when a user is looking for it in the address panel.
The app allows searching nearby parking space or landmarks or prominent establishments like ATMS, banks, restaurants.
