How to get register and login to NREGA system

Four types of registration & login
  • Admin - with the privileges of create users, release funds for schemes, generate and review reports
  • Block - with the privileges of approve permission for schemes, generate and review reports
  • Gram Panchayat & Panchayat Samity - with the privileges of create schemes, enter daily labour amount for a specific running scheme, generate and review reports etc.
Scheme Entry

Scheme Entry

Registered user creates scheme for their Gram Panchayats or for their Panchayat Samity on basis of some criteria:

  • Financial year - for which year the scheme is being created.
  • Sansad - for which Sansad the scheme is being created.
  • Sector - for which Sector the scheme is being created.
  • Serial No. - Serial No. of the scheme.
  • Name - Title of the scheme.
  • Under IBS - whether the scheme is under IBS or not.
  • Plot No. - the plot no. for which the scheme is being created.
  • Khata No. - the khata no. for which the scheme is being created.
  • Spill Over - whether the scheme is spilled over or not.
  • Wage cost - the wage cost in lakhs for the scheme.
  • Skilled cost - the skilled cost in lakhs for the scheme.
  • Material cost - the material cost for the scheme.
  • Man days - No. of man days required for the scheme.

Release Fund for approved scheme

Admin can release fund for a specific approved scheme

  • Amount is released in lakhs.
  • Fund can be released partially or fully.
Daily Labor Entry

Daily Labor Entry

How many people are working for the approved scheme per day.

  • Gram Panchayat or Panchayat Samity user enter no. of people working on field on that day.
  • Admin can set up a specific time within which Gram Panchayat or Panchayat Samity user can put their daily entry.
  • Admin can enter daily labour for any day as per the requirement.
