MAPS AND DATA COLLECTION

Efficient land management relies on input data. We collect relevant cadastral maps, village maps, revenue maps, Record of Rights (RoR) and other details from respective Government departments for digitization and other processing purpose. These existing records are used as references based on which further procedures are conducted to deliver land management solutions to our clients. These procedures include steps like verification of the details through field survey, digitization of collected maps, preparation of base maps, accumulation of further details and integration of the spatial and non spatial data in the GIS-based land management software developed at the final stage.

MAP COLLECTION

Existing land maps are vital elements of a land management system. ATTRIBUTE DATA COLLECTION

We procure important documents like Rights of Record (RoR), plot information, lease deeds, agreement copies, purchase deeds and other documents from Government offices. Information extracted from these documents are digitized and utilized for base map preparation. Based on this data, geospatial surveys are conducted using DGPS receivers to geo-reference the digitized maps.
