The Olayan Real Estate Management Company Limited , a company belonging to The Olayan Group, a diverse commercial and industrial concern with operations in the Middle East. With offices in Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the US, the company’s global investment team focuses on public and private equities, real estate, fixed income securities, and other specialized assets. ORECO's activities were initially focused on the acquisition of land parcels to cater to the Group's current and long-term needs. It has evolved to undertake property development projects on its own and for third parties.
ORECO required a centralized platform to host their land and asset records and display the system on map(s). They wanted to view and analyse all the plots on map and retrieve any data or documents related to that particular plot. Also, for the macro to micro level monitoring of every individual plot from Pre-Land Acquisition to Post Land Acquisition and manage the workflow of Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R).
CyberSWIFT developed a Web based GIS & MIS application for land acquisition purpose where all the information of work flow as well as process flow and information related to the plots will be updated from time to time in such a manner that the information hosted in the website will be accessible to different end users with password protection and access limitation. This also acts as a repository for preservation & refinement of digital maps and documents.
